We were mandated to support the management team in planning and communicating significant changes to franchise arrangements in a large organisation with a sizeable number of small franchisees.
We conducted a stakeholder mapping exercise and predicted the communications requirements of a range of audiences in an organisation where some employees were employed centrally by the client and others by franchisees, often under materially different terms.
Armed with this data, we devised a detailed communications strategy that included direct communications via a series of emails as well as a generic group-wide employee E-zine.
